All of the staff at Haart were brilliant after our house on the market: arranging over 20 viewings of our house and securing 9 sealed bids over our asking price within a week!!!! Steve and Mercedes were very helpful in respect of Branch issues such as the initial valuation and putting together of the sale information, keeping me informed and arranging viewings. I do feel, however, that the Branch was let down badly by the external organisations involved in both the putting together of the brochure and the organising of the "for sale" signage. But, again, Steve and Mercedes did manage to sort out the problems that these Companies caused.

Don't waste your time with anyone other than Haart... I had 3 estate agents round to value my house, 2 said no more than £120k and Steve from Haart said he was confident he could get over £135k. My house was on the market for 2 weeks and in that time we had over 20 viewings and I sold it for £144k....!!! Thanks again to Steve and the team.

Thanks to Stephen and Mercedes they went above and beyond helping me with all the paperwork for the solicitors which I could not have done on my own. They sold my property very quickly and for the price I wanted, and in turn made sure I bought the property I wanted also through haart. I can't recommend highly enough 100% go with haart.
