I recently had the pleasure of Stephen McDonald from Haart Estate at my home for a estimation on my house. And have to say how professional he was he had all the answers to my questions and then some bye making me aware of aspects I didn't evan no. Not to mention a very friendly and positive approach towards me. Wich made me feel at ease with this stressful process I was dealing with. Having just viewed a property in Eider Close Whetstone. I was disappointed that the advertising said spacious kitchen diner to enjoy family meals and host gatherings with friends. In reality it would be difficult to move around a table and chairs for two. There was no floorplan listed. Photographs did not show that stairs did not have any railings. Location good.

I couldn’t recommend haart enough. I’d like to thank Steve, Mercedes and especially Aaron, whom it was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. After my first sale fell through they acted quickly to find a new buyer in a matter of days, and for the price I wanted. First time selling a property. Reached out to Haart and Kayleigh got straight in touch to organise a valuation. She was fantastic. I explained this was the first time doing this, and was a little unsure of a few things, but helped me through and reassured me. The guide price was spot on and I accepted an offer within 1.5 weeks! I cannot praise Steve and Mercedes from the Blaby office high enough! They are the most professional and reliable estate agents we have come across. They definitely went more than the extra mile to help us on many occasions - even on his day off! Our sale was part of a very difficult chain and there were many problems caused by other vendors, estate agents and solicitors elsewhere in the chain. My honest opinion is that without the hard work, dedication and pure professionalism shown by them both I don't think we would have achieved it. They undertook work on our behalf that other estate agents should have done but didn't either through laziness or incompetence. We initially started with another (cheaper) estate agent in Blaby which turned out to be the worst decision we made. You really do get what you pay for - and we got very little for the 6 months we were listed with them. They didn't answer the phone and failed to invite one of their own vendors to view our house! Once we moved to Haart, we sold our property to the first couple that came to view and that was within a week. (These were the people who were selling their own place through our first estate agent!) I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, competent and friendly estate agent.

Haart was not the estate agent we were selling our house with, but were the estate agent marketing the house we bought. Mercedes was extremely professional and helpful when showing us around the property and demonstrated excellent customer service during our negotiations of the purchase. The team at Haart always answered the phone and would endeavour to get back to us when ever required. The chain we found ourself in was somewhat slow and frustrating to say the least. There seemed to be a hurdle at every corner for us and we experienced little to no help from our appointed estate agent. Had it not been for The Haart team, and towards the final months Steve especially, in helping us with advice, queries, chasing of all of the chain the sale and purchase for us would not of gone through. We liaised more with Steve with regards to the sale of our house than we did with our own estate agents. His professionalism went above and beyond and our only regret through the whole process was not to have gone with Haart when selling our house. I would highly recommend Steve, Mercedes and the whole of the Haart team at Blaby to anyone looking to sell their property.

Second time we have used Haart Blaby to sell a property. Both times have been excellent. Steve and Mercedes have been so professional, friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem with the upload of photos however this was resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. On both occasions they have found buyers very quickly in a difficult market. Massive thanks to Mercedes at Heart, Blaby who dealt with me from the very start up to the stage I'm at now. Mercedes was the first person I spoke to about buying a house and the very first property we were shown and we determined to buy we have now had our offer accepted.
