As a landlord that rented a property through these guys, it took nearly 2 weeks to get rent money they collected, changed energy suppliers without discussing with me, didn't give all the keys to tennant, when I called office to complain they just acted like wannabe spives. Would I use again No

The Halesowen office have very unproffessional staff. They donot know how to deal with buyers .I made an offer for a property but the sellers taking me so lightly and donot bother to ring me back for acceptance or rejection of offer.I dont think this company is good for buyer and seller.

I have just used Mr Dowrick of the Bitterne Branch for a sale and found him to be probably the most polite and courteous Con Man I have ever met.I strongly recommend any and all communication be done in writing as he suffers from quite severe Amnesia where phone conversations are concerned.

Despicable!!!I had no choice but to use them for my mortgage, as this was the lenders preferred surveyor.Over 3 months I waited for and EWS1 form. Once received, it was completed incorrectly so void.If you choose to use them. You only have yourself to blame.

Their Sales branch is good but lettings is very poor and it would be advisable to stay clear of them if you are renting as they charge sky high fees and they will not help or care when you need your deposit returned. They work for the landlord not the tenant.

DO NOT USE. JULY 2017We paid for a Homebuyers survey it was a complete waste of money. They didn't spot any of the structural problems to the house. When we complained we were fobbed off . Wish we had just saved our money and paid for a much cheaper valuation

Falsely advertising properties by leaving out key details. Drove an hour to view property to be told the building the property was in was being knocked down in 2 years or so. Completely wasted my time by not mentioning key information in the listing or on the phone.

These estate agents are a bunch of cowboys. The service I received was terrible, their marketting was low rate and when I came to complain, my letters have been ignored. Use any company to sell your house, except this one. They are dreadful and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very poor service and there is nobody there that i've spoken to that is businesslike. People take there homes as security and the company does not take the needs of their customers seriously. Please avoid them at all cost.

The surveyor Guy, missed a critical issue with this building. 10s of thousands of pounds to fix what he missed. Raised the issue with them and RICS and they all shyed away. Disgrace to there profession, if there is one.
