Booked in for a mortgage re mortgage review this morning, only to find out the guy we booked in with is out of office all week!Typical behaviour from this shabby company..we had problems with them two years ago after buying for first time.DO NOT touch with a barge pole!

The single worst agent ever! Eastleigh branch and Romsey branch. Poor customer service. Never returning phone calls never updating on sale or purchase and no idea who you are when you call. If you want less stress choose someone else to act on your behalf.

Valued our house £20k less than everyone else!!Absolutely fuming.They used the lowest valued houses in other streets and of different types. ie terrace when ours was a semi.Even the rental value was £100 less than what the local estate agents recommend. Cowboys!

Sutton Coldfield branch urgently needs investigating and due diligence. Professional misconduct on all levels. Not sure how they think they will get away with their dishonest dealings but at some point the authorities will flag them. Read the reviews and make your judgement before signing anything. Nasty.

After the reference checks passed, the real estate agents became silent and not responding to any communication. Called them on the phone and were rude. They don't care for renters, not interested to provide a seamless transition to new place.Would not recommend them.

Absolutely worst customer service. Property management team makes you go around everywhere finding what you need even though your property is fully managed, everytime new person is dealing with you case. Bad reference of tenants and you end up paying money to get service from connel.

They don't give a specific appointment time for the surveyor to come. I had to take a hole day off work and the guy was only there 5 mins. Very low valuation also, 25% less than two other recent reports by different firms.

Rude customer service, inflexible, they'll only book an appointment the night before and will only call between the hours of 8-2. So difficult to deal with. If I were you I'd find a company that is much easier to do business with.

Awful experience with Aylesbury branch. Neverending problems signing the tenancy agreement and now not resolving any of the issues with the flat. I have rented with other estate agents before and I have never had to deal with so unproffesional people. AVOID if possible.

Cancelled valuation appointment 2 hours before pre-arranged time, by email. Called to ask why the appointment had been cancelled, apparently it was the responsibility of another office to contact us, they didn't. Complete waste of time.Don't even deserve 1 star.
