I've just completed the sale of my house through Ocean, working with Ella Peacey from the Bishopston office. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and thanks to her detailed knowledge of the local market my house sold within days. She was always on hand to answer questions as the sale progressed, right up to completion. I hope I never have to sell a house again, but if I do I would like someone like Ella to help!

From when I first looked at the flat I'm currently renting to having been here nearly 2 years and dealing with occasional issues, Ocean has always been quick and professional in the way they've handled everything. I dealt with Annabel Williams for my viewing and initial leasing and currently work with Jamie for any ongoing renewals/maintenance issues.

TrustpilotExcellent service
From day one Tommy, Melissa and the whole team of agents and Solicitors kept me informed of developments and helped me through the process. I feel the price realised for the property was fair and despite promises from other agents, I don't believe they would have got a better price.Thank you all for a job well done.

TrustpilotGreat work by Ocean Filton
Very pleased with using Ocean Filton to sell my house. Great service from all the team, a really busy 'open house' day with around 10 buyers viewing. A good offer received (higher than asking price). Their 'Move Coordinator' was an absolute star, keeping me informed and moving things along the chain. I am very happy to recommend them.

Lovely Company, excellent staff interface every step of the way. They went over and above expectations throughout the whole process of selling the property and when a problem arose through nobody's fault they stepped in, sorted it by making external arrangements, to ensure that no drama was made out of a crisis.Thank you so much Ocean Estates from the whole family.

TrustpilotOcean Estate Agents Portishead
I'm writing this review to commend the work of Matt at Ocean Estate Agents, Portishead. I have met Matt a number of times while viewing properties and he is always excellent. Matt knows just how to put people at ease and strikes the perfect balance between professional and friendly. I really feel that Matt brings joy to each house viewing and he is great at showing potential buyers the best features of each property, as most suits their own needs.

Ella was super friendly, communicative, and reassuring. She managed the sale and purchase smoothly and was very patient with our nerves and requests! Jordan was very helpful, organised, and communicative. He kept the wheels turning. Fees were reasonable and clear. No grumbles from us at all and would happily use again.
