I am happy to recommend Ocean Lettings. Our main contact was Kayla who provided a professional service throughout and had a very positive attitude. This is the first time we've let our house out and Kayla has always been on hand to answer questions; all this during the many months it took to refurbish the property. Ocean found tenants within a couple of weeks and kept us informed of progress at all times. Gold star for Kayla and Ocean!

Ocean lettings were supposed to return my deposit within 2 weeks of moving out, almost three months later i am still waiting.They insist on charging me for professional carpet cleaning despite providing them with an invoice to prove it was done. They did not allow me access to the tenancy agreement until a few days before my move in date.The refused to make repairs for months on end.In short, i would stay well clear of them !
Hi Miss Gupta, we're very sorry to learn you have not had a positive experience letting with Ocean lettings & management.I can see from our records your deposit was returned within time frames stated in your tenancy agreement less circa 20%. Unfortunately following the Landlord’s instructions a claim for additional cleaning, including carpets was made and is now being arbitrated with the TDS - tenancy deposit scheme. An open and charasmistic viewing with Tenants by the Teams, great move in management and compliance and the added bonus of Chantelle designing a floor plan. Thank you Ocean and Chantelle has a good manager in Wes and a great day to day property manager in both Lisa and Megan. Who in turn have a great manager. I don't have enough time to explain the intricacies of our last 10 month ordeal but to say Luigi Lattuca & Tracey Green have been patient with us, is one of the most understated things ever!When my wife and I were losing our heads about every hurdle that seemed to be thrown at us with our mortgage process, both Luigi and Tracey remained a sea of calm and kept our head in the game the whole way.I genuinely can not recomend these guys enough, total heros and we wouldn't be home owners without them, getting a bit emotional while writting this.Thank you both so much.
