Over a long purchase period first Joe, and then Emma, were excellent in keeping me in the loop and making phone calls to everyone involved to press for answers and progress. Emma's communication and commitment was extremely good. So very pleased overall and I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleVery friendly company to deal with. They arranged and provided access for me a couple of times whilst i was under offer and more importantly were persistent chasing my terrible solicitors. Special mention for Emma, she provided me with regular updates and if it wasn't for her would still be under offer! I would recommend.

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service. They treat themselves as the customer. Ask you to create a separate account with people you don't know because they "can't be bothered to accept payment from multiple accounts" for a shared contract. Allow you to move into a house which is absolutely filthy. Will never use again.
