GoogleViewed multiple properties with CJ Hole and every time they were really friendly, helpful and professional. A special mention has to be given to Alex Stock who helped us to find our property, it wouldn't have been possible without his help! He was genuine and always on the end of the phone if we had questions.

GoogleThe lettings team in Bishopston provide a great 5* service all round. I use them for both the full managed and let only services. They are always on the ball and keep me informed of progress whenever action is required. Using them takes a lot of the stress on letting property and is well worth the fee. I would and do recommend them to others.

GoogleI am letting my flat out through Cj Hole, and have been very impressed. They have provided an extremely professional, efficient and friendly service. They managed to find tenants within a few days of putting the flat on the market, and I found them to be very knowledgeable about the the local rental market and the letting process in general, and great to work with.

GoogleEmma at CJ Hole took us through a VERY tricky sale which was fraught with problems from beginning to end. She was always at the end of the phone and responded to emails quickly. She was also proactive in chasing the vendors and their solicitor to get stuff done. It was very stressful but she made it easier. thanks!

GoogleAfter comparing four estate agents for lettings we decided to go for CJ Hole in Bishopston, since they offered the best value for money. We were not disappointed; they came around the very next day to advertise the property swiftly and only a few days later we had the first viewings. We can only recommend them.
