Absolutely terrible lettings agency they were great when they were mullocks and not hunters. They avoided dealing with a serious problem in the house for over a year (dry rot) and did not inform me of anything, both I and the previous tenant had to get environmental health involved to kick them into action Awful company who caused no end of stress, based on my experience and the previous tenant, avoid. . Getting us on to the market and viewings of our property was extremely well organised - from our initial phone call to Mullucks to an agreed price with our buyer only took four days ! It was great to have the Sales Progressor, who spoke to the buyer and both solicitors each week, assuring us that things weren't getting missed.
