Just bought our first home with Intercounty. Considering Covid and the lockdown and stamp duty holiday etc. etc. it was a stressful time to try and do this. The team at Intercounty were helpful, patient, friendly and professional. I'd certainly be happy to use them again! Highly recommended.

They dealt with a difficult tenant on my behalf and made sure everything went smoothly with the buyers.I'm very thankful for all their help.

We live in Norfolk and purchased a property through Intercounty which was slightly different as the property was local to us in Norfolk and not local to Bishop Stortford. After a few teething problems I had several conversation with a couple of the estate agents and found them to be very helpful and always got back in touch when I needed a question answering. We finally exchanged contacts today and over the last week or so I've had dealings with Doug who went above and beyond in sorting things out for us in a quick, friendly and efficient manner.

Stephen in particular at Intercounty has been extremely helpful, our brief for a house was listened too and our perfect house was found within 2 weeks! Intercounty go out of there way to accommodate viewing's, even when it exceeds there working hours for the day, we would highly recommend Intercounty for any property needs.
