I used Intercounty to sell my former matrimonial home, the team were extremely helpful, friendly, professional and committed. The service was second to none and I feel very fortunate to have had Clare, Charlotte, Abi and Peter working on my sale. The photos were great and professionally taken. Intercounty were very effective, customer-focussed, professional letting agents. They understood our needs quickly and did not hassle us for feedback on every property we saw. They were knowledgeable and personable, whenever we needed information from them they were very prompt and professional. In particular this review applies to Harry S, who was our primary contact and very reliable throughout, however the rest of the team we engaged with were excellent too.

GoogleI am happy to report good service from the Sales team, in particular Jack and Doug. The Lettings team all need to go on a customer service course. As for the Conveyancers they recommended, Premier Property Lawyers - you don't want to go there!

In all my experiences with Intercounty Estate Agents the team were friendly and helpful with all enquiries. There were good handovers between team members which meant if the person I needed to speak to in the office wasn't in then somebody else was always able to deal with my enquiry.
