Excellent service from both Nicholas the branch manager at Braintree and then from Jake Frisby who regularly kept me up to date with the purchase of our new home. Due to challenging problems at the bottom of the chain they both went out of their way to expedite the process and kept us informed every step of the way. Friends recommended us to rent through intercounty who has been renting already with them. We had our viewing with the agent Harry S, who was on time, not pushy at all and with all the information about the flat ready for us.
