Debbie Paula & Nikki were a great help throughout the purchasing process. Always available to take calls and answer questions which was a much needed reassurance during the complicated and unknown house buying process.

We were very fortunate that Debbie was the vendors Estate Agent as she was very professional, efficient and very helpful. She was very crucial in getting through what could have been a difficult sale by by been a great go between with the vendor and our lawyer. All this enabled the sale to go through within tight timescales and beat the stamp duty deadline! Thank you so much Debbie (Davies).

Our home buying experience with Debbie and Paula was unique in that we bought our home over 8 years ago from them and then sold our home through there service. The property brochure and sales technique and not to mention advice when things got tricky showed commitment. Our sale being facilitated during a pandemic was not easy but with perseverance and good old fashioned hard work we got there. Thank you all Kelle

Used to deal with John one of the original characters within this company, sadly other individuals don’t have the same integrity as the founders.

Had to sell our beautiful family home, under difficult circumstances and Debbie (& Paula) were not only excellent at the marketing and sales, but more importantly in their support and kindness along every part of the journey! Extremely professional, driven and efficient! Couldn’t have been in better hands! Thankyou so so much! ❤️

We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by the Bishops Stortford office of Fine and Country on the sale of our property .In fact they found buyers from their interested client list and the property only went on the open market for a short period. For various reasons the transaction was far from easy , indeed stressful(for us and F&C) might be a better description , and took virtually a year to complete, this through no fault of F&C. During the whole period Paula and Debbie , assisted by Paul , were very professional, courteous and diligent .They proved very good negotiators in respect of both our sale and purchase .Their regular contact with the other professionals on both sides was invaluable in progressing the sale. Sincere thanks to the F&C team.

Debbie, Paula and Paul couldn't have been more helpful with the sale of my property. They were incredibly communicative, supportive and on top of everything. I didn't have the easiest of journeys to get to exchange and I'm sure I was ringing them more than I should have done but they were so professional, understanding and supportive throughout. Constantly advising and guiding me along the way. Can't recommend them enough!

Having worked alongside Fine & Country East Herts and West Essex with Paula, Debbie and Paul previously, I have again been extremely impressed throughout the whole process, including pricing, marketing, negotiating and progressing through to completion, the sales of our development of seven unique new homes at Bushett Rise. Every member of the team communicated effectively and efficiently at all stages, always with a positive professional and personable approach towards ourselves as developers, our site management, and the buyers alike. A great team of professional agents who continue to provide honest and good advice, and that I would have no hesitation in recommending. Russell Prince, The Door.

Many thanks to Debbie and Paula. Debbie Davies pulled out all the stops to get our sale across the line, if it wasn’t for her I don’t think we’d have moved at all! Debbie is a credit to Fine & Country.

The team at Fine and Country are amazing! Paula, Debbie and Nikki are incredibly professional, excellent communicators and very proactive. Debbie, it has to be said, is a superstar. I have bought and sold a fair few houses but never had such incredible sales progression support. Why go anywhere else when you could choose this 6 star team!

I can’t say enough about Fine & Country and how professional Paula & Debbie both were from start to finish. I personally felt they were working only for us and us only. From the day Paula came to value our property and putting it on the market, to the constant communication with us, the amazing pictures for the advert. When viewings commenced they always came to do the viewings, unlike most estate agents trying to get the vendor to do them. Paula & Debbie are so lovely and nothing like other pushy agents. I would definitely not hesitate to use them both again. We also felt the selling fees were great value for their work involved and worth every penny. We had some laughs along the way and some setbacks from the chain but we were always made to feel reassured all would be ok and it was. Thank you so so much Paula & Debbie for everything you did for us to sell our home and we’ll look forward to dealing with you again someday.
