I honestly can't thank the team at Ryan James Estate Agents enough! From start to finish, they made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, professional, and even enjoyable. Ryan was fantastic from the outset, honest, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about getting the best outcome for me. He helped secure a great sale for my property, and his advice was spot-on every step of the way. Gill was an absolute star, keeping everything moving behind the scenes and making sure no detail was overlooked. Her communication was always clear and timely, which made such a difference during a busy time. And Lauren was incredibly helpful with the onward purchase, she really went above and beyond to coordinate everything and make sure I was supported on both sides of the move. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared, not just about the sale, but about me as a client. I never felt like just another number. Ryan James handled the house we bought and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Like most house purchases these days there was loads of stress along the way, being part of a chain as we were selling our house as well, 100 miles away. Gill from Ryan James was the only one we dealt with, among solicitors and our own estate agent at times, who actively kept us informed about what was happening. Without her my stress levels would have been through the roof! Communication was excellent, prompt and always friendly. Should we ever sell this house ,(unlikely, as we love it), we'll be using Ryan James.

It's fantastic to see a local lad with the vision, ambition and determination to develop a thriving business. From our initial meeting with Ryan, it was clear he understood the housing marking inside out and it was a no-brainer to make the switch from our original agent. Despite the house taking longer to sell than either of us anticipated, Ryan and his team worked relentlessly to support us with bringing people through the door and provided regular insights and updates on the market and our own position within it. Though we didn't use it personally, the supported viewings were just one service that set Ryan James apart from their competitors - it was evident that the importance of customer service was paramount to both Ryan and his staff. That is where (I believe) Ryan has excelled, he has recruited a team with the same growth mindset and who understand his vision perfectly. Our initial interactions were with Ellie, who was an absolute joy to deal with. Whatever the conversation, every phone call with Ellie left me feeling like I'd received my daily dose of positivity. She is the epitome of perfect customer service, I wish her sunny nature and enthusiasm could be bottled for tough days! Further along in the process I had the pleasure of dealing with Gill, who had our best interests at heart at every turn. An excellent communicator and our voice of reason, she was a first-class negotiator who encouraged me to consider the questions others would have left unsaid. Stepping into the housing market ring, there is no-one I would rather have had in my corner, she is the ultimate warrior and deserves every ounce of my praise and respect for being the consummate professional, both in and out of hours! There is no doubt that Ryan James is a brand that is a serious contender in it's field and one that I am grateful to have had the pleasure to deal with. Although I have no desire to move again any time soon, I look forward to watching this company grow from strength to strength and wish them every success in doing so.

We needed to complete on a specific date due to issues with other members in the chain and Gill made sure she pushed everyone above us to get it through on time. Where to start with Ryan James Estate Agents. If you ever want to sell your house this needs to be your estate agent. The service I received from the team was amazing. A special shout out for Gill who would call me weekly regarding the progress of the sale and her level of knowledge was outstanding. Lauren who would arrange for the viewings on my property and even did some of the viewings on my property. I only wished I bought a property via Ryan James as safe to say I didn't receive this level of service with another estate agent. 100% would recommend and if I ever sell my current home.
