Brilliant customer service from start…

Brilliant customer service from start to finish. The team at spennymoor branch were excellent, especially Mandy dealing with our sale. The chain became quite complicated three months in and she did everything she possibly could, going above and beyond at times to keep us informed, responding within minutes and very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Without her we would have given up hope and probably not completed!! Will definitely recommend robinsons to others.

Sharon has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish, Robinsons dealt with both our sale and purchase and went above and beyond to keep us updated at every step. Sharon chased the solicitors to keep to the time frames and made frequent calls so we were kept in the loop.
