Sadly found this company to be highly disingenuous. No issue with my credit check no issue with my income, paid my holding deposit. Thought the room was secure. Hear nothing for over a week plan to move, suddenly called with zero explanation and told the landlord ‘just wanted to go with someone else’. Later discovered many individuals had given a holding deposit for the same property! Fair enough but be transparent about that. I have since gone with another local company and sailed through with them being open, upfront and genuinely caring towards their clientele. Also they advertised a room with All Bills Included- went and saw the property and there was a separate meter in the room where you are charged an extortionate rate for electricity! This has been a terrible experience for me as a first time renter, the worker I dealt with talked a convincing talk to get me to part with my money! Beware they just don’t care 😫

GoogleI just want to say that Joseph was excellent from start to finish ,he made it so enjoyable for us to move. If there was six stars, i wouldn't hesitate to give him that. That's what i call and excellent customer service. Outstanding service. Joe even brought my little one his formula. He brought to it my door. Cant fault them. The best experience i ve ever had. GoogleI originally fell for the purple bricks sales pitch and after 2 months of the car being on the market and no offers, I was really worried. Decided to go into to Your Move and spoke to Zack, he assured me there was need to worry, and that he could sell the house. Long story short, moved the property to your move 1 Month later property was sold, at a great price and money was in my account. Speechless. Went above and beyond, Thank you to Zack, Joe and Doughlas.
