GoogleStay away from these if you donβt want to get ripped off. They charged me 50 pound for a cd case left behind, the wall was mouldy when I moved in and they charged me 200 pound just out to con you stay away !

Our move-in and move-out inventory is a comprehensive process and before your deposit is returned to you, a comparison is made to assess any damage to the room which includes clearing rubbish left behind. Applicants are made aware of the holding deposit which reserves the room for you whilst we process the application, this will be returned via bank transfer to the account details provided on your application form if unsuccessful.
