I do not normally do reviews but The Avenue are not your normal estate agents!! It was so refreshing to deal with James and Hayley who are so passionate and enthusiastic in their work, always with our best interests at heart. The attention to detail was second to none, with the modern video walkthrough of our property to the effecient way they conducted launch day. We found it a stress free enjoyable (who says enjoyable when selling a house!) experience and our property sold in no time at all. I just wish we were dealing with James in buying a property aswell as selling ours. Other estate agents should take note... this is how it should be done!

Had the best housemove with Emma, she kept me in the loop more or less on a daily basis, as a first time seller she was brilliant in making me fully understand the process of solicitor awkwardness and helping me with everything. Even with a late key collection on moving day she was there helping us load the van and did a couple of runs to the new property in her own car. I can’t fully put into words how amazing she was and there’s absolutely zero chance I will ever look elsewhere than Emma if I ever find myself moving again!!! Literally so impressed by her work rate and helpfulness and can’t recommend her anymore.

Well what can I say every Estate Agent should take a leaf out of James @ The Avenue Estate Agents book, his customer service is exceptional, I have arranged viewings with numerous other estate agents and have also made offers on other properties but only to have to constantly chase for questions and answers, not in this case! I’ve been kept up to date at every opportunity and even over the New Year period when everyone else is closed. If I was to buy or sell I wouldn’t even look anywhere else The Avenue would be my first and last point of call. Thank you once again! Highly recommended.

Just wanted to leave a few words to give praise to Emma Nugent from The Avenue. She is one of the most professional and friendliest people, I have ever dealt with. Selling a home is said to be a very stressful time but not with Emma. She keeps you updated with any progress and makes it all so easy for you. I would seriously recommend her.
