Dear Ibe, As you know the Landlord is not responsible for your electricity bill and you cannot withhold rent due to an electricity bill. That is why court action has started against your Guarantor. You also arranged to have a smart meter installed and could not be bothered to be at home for the EON engineer to install.

Thank you for the review, and I am sorry that we could not let you physically view the property in your required timeframe, however we did send a current video tour by email immediately instead. We are working within the Gov.uk guidelines

Hi Ruslan, if your friends rented from us then they will be aware that the deposits are held securely with the DPS. They will also be aware that we have an independent check in and check out report and any proposed deductions can be arbitrated via the DPS if a tenant feels that they are unfair in any way. £150 for an end of tenancy clean is a reasonable charge. We have many happy international students that get all of their deposit back

Hi Sandra, We are disappointed that you have left a 1 star review, especially as you moved out a couple of years ago. You left the property is a bad condition especially the leather sofa that you decide to store on the balcony, exposed to all weathers and didn't ever return a set of keys that you left overseas.
