Worst customer service, and fed me lies! I had booked a 5 day stay which I had initially tried to do via booking.com but was not working. The company then sent me a link for that quoted price after me chasing it up, nowhere did it say anything about a deposit, but this was taken out without me knowing. However I can look past this. When I arrived I noticed that all the windows in the property and the balcony door was locked and the keys provided did not open any of these. This made the place very very hot. I called up straight away and told them we don’t have the keys. They told me someone would be over the next morning. The next morning came and no one arrived and after calling up many times, no one picked up. The next day I continued to try and call for a response and also emailed them. In the email I noted that there were big cleanliness problems too. I found TOE NAILS on the floor in the living room! And I also found an empty condom packet in the bedroom. I mentioned in the email that I wanted this to be fixed and also be compensated. What is ironic is that whilst on hold on the phone to them they go on about their ‘69 point hygiene check’- does this not include empty condom packets and toe nails on the floor??? Towards the end of the day I received a reply which was basically not dealing with anything (picture is attached), just saying sorry and that is all. I called numerous times and got no answer/ reply. I continued to call throughout my stay but no one picked up at all or replied to my emails. I can say I will never stay here again and do not recommend anyone else to do so. I came home 2 days ago and still have not received any replies. Clearly this place does not care about customer service, and they were just ignoring my calls.

My friends and I stayed at Seven living for a girly weekend and had the best time! The apartment was so clean, beds very comfortable and just what we needed. Having the living room and kitchen made a difference from just a bed in a hotel. Would've liked the kitchen to have more glasses as there were only one each and luckily there was 3 of us but as the apartment caters for 4, someone would have to drink out a mug. Plus some extra pillows in the bedrooms would be nice. Those being my only recommendations to the owners. The location was perfect, close enough to the nightlife and then only a 20 minute walk into the centre. Recommend to anyone needing that personal space that you don't get from a hotel, would definitely book a stay here again.

Lovely apartment, very clean , fantastic location , excellent guest services very quick to reply , shops ,bars and restaurants and only 1 minute walk , and bull ring only 15/20 minute walk , the apartment has everything you need , comfy beds , will definitely be visiting again xx

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! My partner booked a stay in one of their Birmingham properties a month in advance for my birthday! On the day of my checkin (today) i requested an early check in at around 9.30am as they told me to do so! At around 10.30am I received a blunt message stating that my booking had to be cancelled and a refund would be issued! I was told the cleaning staff had gone to the property at 8am and found an electrical issue. No mention of providing alternative accommodation and when checking the refund amount it was far less than what I paid for the booking. They requested me to cancel the booking and not to it themselves which I found strange and through messages they were very persistent that I should cancel the stay myself. Do not recommend
