GoogleI'm a professional landlord, specialising in quality flats in major cities. As such I appointed Savills to find professional tenants and after 3 weeks, Hamad successfully secured the right profile of tenant. He's good at communicating and always returns calls in a timely manner.

GoogleAbsolutely completely useless, you call these people for days, it matters not which landline or which mobile number you call, nobody every answers. If I was a landlord with a huge protfolio of commercial property I would not trust them to sweep the cars parks.

GoogleThey donโt respond to complaints. They treat paying customers as a nuisance. They put up passive aggressive posters about minor issues. Everything they do is for their convinience and not the paying customers.
