Great Letting Service at the right price

I was recommended to use Partridge Homes from a friend who has a portfolio of properties he lets through them. From the first time I called the staff were very friendly and offered me a package to suit my needs, they even agreed a slightly reduced fee on what was already a very competitive price. If you have a property to let in Birmingham or Solihull I would recommend this business.

I have used this agency to let my property. They found me excellent tenants who look after the property and have given me no issues whatsoever. They have also been quick to provide assistance and arrange a plumber to resolve a leak who was very reasonably priced and did the work to a high standard. Couldn't ask for more.
