STAY AWAY

Absolutely appalling . your tenant can damage your house, redecorate , introduce animals , wreck interiors and Partridges will not notice, will not notify you and will NOT help you after. Inspections done by blind and demented people and office does NOT return your calls, But surprise surprise management fees always taken on time. you pay for insurance and somehow not purchased. As a landlord you are screwed. They will push people on benefits, CCJ etc just to get their fees, what happens after its not their problem anymore. Do not make a mistake and going with them.

Always on Top of Things

Bought a 2 bed house and they were the estate agent of the property. Great service received from staff especially from Paul. He had been always on top of the situation and had really tried his best to put/reconcile different parties together to speed up the process. I would highly recommend Partridge Homes.

The letting staff always update me, call me back promptly and the tenants have been very good. I’ve been with this company for nearly ten years and can honestly (hand in heart) say that they are truely amazing!Your not just a number, you are treated as a person and the people in the company will do everything they can to make your letting experience run smoothly. Never trust a sloppy handshake...

Used them to sell our house as they seemed fairly priced and family run business.They overvalued our property, kept sending random viewers without mortgage in principle, if they turned up at all... Wasted precious months because of them..We kept being tossed over to the office junior who did not have a clue and lied to us on several occasions. Constant chasing for months caused us a lot of stress and distress...At no point did we feel valued or looked after at all properly.They took their money without a word, without a thank you in the end. Would not recommend at all.

Letting change over made easy

I had to change letting agents at short notice in June 2017, I am a absent landlord and live in France, I contacted Partridge Letting Agents, Yardley, to see if they could help. I spoke to a young woman called Nikki; she took control of the change over straight away, contacting the old agents & the tenant informing them of the change. This was not a simple task, due to problems with the previous agent, lack of communication, refusal to hand over paperwork and keys. Partridges stuck at the task and were soon in control of the administration side of the change over. Then came the task of house inspection and meeting the tenant and putting her at ease. After the inspection is was clear that there was outstanding work required to be carried out sooner than later. Partridge’s letting department took on the task of getting estimates from a number of contractors and passing them onto me for my perusal. Partridge's contacted the contractors arranging for the work to be completed and certified.

Unprofessional and a waste of time

Pathetic excuse for a estate agents. Found a house on their website so rang up got told it wasn't available. When we mentioned it was on their website they told us they would call back. They never did. We had to call them. Suddenly the house was available. We arranged a viewing for a Saturday. The only time me and my partner could make as I work different shifts to my partner. We got there and waited for the viewing only to be told I have the wrong keys. I can't open the door. He then said I thought I had the wrong keys. So why not pick up the right keys? Are the keys not labelled? Do they have random keys just dotted about and it's pot luck. You have now lost a potential tenant

Brilliant Online Option

If your looking for an online Estate Agent make sure you give Partridge Homes a call. I was close to signing up with an out and out online agent, however a family member advised me that Partridges offered an online only option package, which I must add is a great idea to give homeowners the choice. I am pretty sure that a few other local agents may start to follow you in due course. Lovely people, great advertising and saved me having to go to a Corporate outfit! You Picky Lot!

I was asked by Paul at Partridge Homes if I would mind providing a review of the service I received from them.....no problem what so ever.As a Landlord I have two requirements 1) A Professional Working tenant & 2) the maximum rental yield possible.You ticked both of these boxes within a very short timescale. I also achieved £25 extra per month than I expected due to the guidance you provided and then tenants seem great. I have spoken to the tenants and they have also mentioned how impressed they were with you. Pleased Landlord

I have several properties throughout Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell. My first dealing was with Paul Partridge approx 12 months ago when he let a property for me that I had purchased from them. The rental yield achieved by these guys was higher than I had thought, they really went the extra mile and the tenant they found was super. First Time Buyer

Outstanding Service!! I have recently purchased a 3 bedroom property through Partridge Homes and can say they are an absolute pleasure to do business with. Being a first time buyer I have looked at many properties and have dealt with many estate agents in doing so. The service I received from others left a lot to be desired, no return calls, felt pressurised and staff seemed un interested. I was recommended to use Partridge homes from a colleague. The house was valued by a very pleasant lady who agreed to beat the other two quotes I had received. I know the property market is booming but my house sold in 3 weeks, this was much quicker than I had expected. The staff in the office were always happy to help and Yvonne who carries out the viewings was very knowledgable and got to know my property.The only issue I had was a small fault on their website, this was fixed within 24 hours of me raising the point.
