The manager and staff at Robert Oulsnam all worked in our best interest to make our experience of selling our house the best it could be. They took time and effort to support and help us through a very trying and stressful time. The manager and staff made themselves available for any queries and updates that we needed. From start to finish, the Droitwich office was incredibly professional and knowledgeable.

There aren’t enough words to praise and recommend Oulsnam’s Redditch office highly enough. Our sale was a Probate sale of a jointly owned property so it wasn’t straight forward. Oulsnam’s were brilliant. Kept us fully informed. They were always happy to patiently help and guide us. The many questions we had were answered promptly by return of email and there was always someone who we knew and trusted on the other end of the phone when we needed them.

Googlehorrible fake seller I asked for a house view and then they told I should register with them prior to booking a view. I did it quickly and sent for them ID card copy. then when I called them back, they told the house sold already. this is not. a good idea to find email and have the personal information of people. please be careful about their trick.
