GoogleThe whole team at Oulsnams are brilliant! We bought our Bearwood property through them several years ago and knew there was only one estate agent we would want to use when selling again. From the initial enquiries/photos when marketing our house right through to exchange of contracts we have found everyone to be friendly, professional and extremely efficient. The communication has been absolutely exemplary during the whole process and we have found Sarah to be incredible, always keeping us in the loop and helping to keep things moving. We couldn’t recommended the team enough and want to thank them for their hard work!

GoogleOulsnam have recently completed the sale of my Bearwood house and I have to say that they were absolutely fantastic throughout. The whole process was made very easy from Ben’s first visit, valuation, photos and initial marketing of my property. The various phases were explained very well and I was left with a confidence that everything would be handled professionally. Several visits were made for the first week of going on sale and I was fortunate to receive an offer very quickly. Once the offer was accepted the Oulsnam team handled everything from there in. I really couldn’t fault the service and would definitely recommend Oulsnam to anyone looking to sell their house. Thank you team!!

From the moment we decided to have the house valued, the agents were commited, professional and strived for perfection in the photographs taken. We decided that we didn't want to put the house on the market until a later date - the agents were fully understanding and when we contacted them a few months later, they were fully supportive in arranging viewings etc to sell the house. Our house sold within one week, we worked with Jenna in completing all the necessary arrangements to ensure we exchanged and completed the sale successfully. Unfortunately, there were many problems along the way from the two people above us in the chain. Jenna was so supportive and really went above and beyond her job description - reassuring the purchasers of our house and working incredibly hard to ensure things were going the right way for our new house. I would highly recommend using Oulsnams to buy or sell a property.

The Hagley Road branch dealt with the sale of our house. Ben dealt with the valuation and was the point of contact during the negotiation of the sale. He was very good to talk to about values and offers. In particular, there was no pressure to accept any offer at any price; rather, the offers could be discussed sensibly so that we could make a decision we were happy with. The photos on the marketing brochure were well taken too, and showed the house to its best.
