With absolute conviction I would recommend Midland Residential, we bought and sold our property through this professional agent who looked after us throughout the whole process. When an agent is this committed to the customer and goes well above your expectations we had every hope even to the last minute that the sale would go through. Ross in particular spent many an email and phone calls not only to progress the process but had time for us in these very uncertain times, unfortunately due to the carelessness of other people in the chain, Ross showed shear stamina in helping us more than he needed to and I will always bless him and his team for that, many thanks again.

Initial thoughts were very positive when dealing with lettings team, however very bad service ensued when dealing with Asian sounding chap at the Great Barr branch with regard to a water leak and boiler inspection. I had the misfortune of dealing with this person on a few occasions now who unfortunately has zero customer service skills, poorer communication skills and whom I found rude and condescending. Coming to the end of my rental agreement I don't think I would use Midland Residential again. I will however give them 3 out of 5 as others have been very helpful.

Midland Lettings and Sales, have recently sold a property on my behalf. The Sales team were very efficient liaseing between all parties involved. They kept the buyers and myself updated with progress reports throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending this professional team to secure and handle any property sale, as I would have no hesitation in using their services again. I would like to add further that Midland have also managed other properties for myself continually over the last 20 years. I have nothing but gratitude and admiration for the work that they do for the public in both Lettings and Sales. We want to acknowledge John and Reena and express our gratitude for supporting us on our journey of discovering our new home.  Working with them was so straightforward and simple, we felt supported and they guided us, provided what steps to take and the information needed to make a choice, and we got to feel like we were a team. I remember the first conversation I had with Reena, I was disheartened after the first Estate Agent let me down although they accepted my offer and also discussing how I was finding it difficult to secure a home but that one conversation has changed our life and today all due to John we have got our first home. John supported and kept us updated throughout the purchase. We always are first to give negative reviews but forget to appreciate and review good work. They are one of the bestest estate agent that I have come across. We rented one house from October 2023 to last month. When we rented, the property was in really bad conditions and not cleaned well. But when we left, they started finding issues one by one and pressurise us to give up on whole deposit. We thought these kind of people exist in Asia but we found them here as well. Be careful.

Literally the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of using. They could barely keep track of our tenancg and on multiple occasions didn't reply to emails with questions about important matters. One staff member also tried causing rifts between current and ex tenants by lying about what had been said. If I could rate them lower I would.
