John, Donna and the team were very helpfully with the purchase of my new house. From my initial call to inquire about it and through the difficulties I faced with the vendor's solicitor. They kept me updated and chased both the vendor and their solicitor to speed up the process. They made sure they kept their promises of calling back and never had to chase them. They made a stressful process more manageable. I highly recommend them and couldn't thank them enough. Thank you for all your help.

5 stars isn't enough to reflect the service we have received from these guys. John and the team have been truly amazing with our purchase of our forever home. We were kept fully updated and it was so refreshing to be treated like humans with feeling unlike the way other Estate Agencies are programmed to work. These guys know how to work with people and how much of a stressful time it is when finding a new home and moving, they do what they can to make it as easy as possible.. I have had a very pleasant experience with Midlands residential. I had a terrible time with the solicitors when I purchased my property, but John chased up the progress for me, and kept me up to date. Reena was also great. I never felt inadequate, and was always made to feel welcome when asking for updates. They did not need to chase up any queries but they went above and beyond. I would always recommend Midlands residential, as anyone who uses them will not walk away disappointed. Thank you John and team you guys do such a brilliant job!!!! ☺️

I have been renting out several properties through Midland Letting for almost 10 years now and have always found their service to be friendly, efficient and pro-active. They never waste time. In between tenancies, the letting department have always managed to line up viewings before the previous tenant even vacates and, within no time, manage to find a replacement. During the actual tenancies, Shamim from the management department has reported any issues straight away and managed to arrange repairs promptly. This is a god-send, as most landlords know, repairs and maintenance issues can be among the most stressful aspects of letting, and its great to know that I can leave these matters in the good hands of a friendly, professional staff member who I know can always be relied upon.

My experience with Midland Residential was a highly professional and successful one. These guys in my view have got it right when handling their clients situation. Donna, Ross, John and the girls in the back office were absolutely amazing during a very complex and difficult process for me. The thing that struck me the most was that their level of professionalism did not change even at the peak of the difficulties ( which were created by the legal teams) Donna in particular kept a very balanced, cool and always friendly manner towards me and the situation. It was a balancing act for her managing all parties so that things did not get out of hand. Staff always made me feel they were there for me and any queries I had were taken respectfully and dealt with efficiently. I will use Midland Residential again as its one of the few estate agencies in Birmingham that I have had this uniquely highly professional experience with. I highly recommend anyone using them, as you will not be disappointed.
