GoogleStole collectively £4000 from my flatmates and I and refused to let us move in(£500 each). We are all students and now struggling to find anywhere else to stay! Now ignoring our calls when we ask for the money back!! AVOID!!

GoogleI had to delete my original review as MasonKnight contacted me threatening legal action due to my review being negative and supposedly completely false. Be sure to read through all the other reviews before deciding to rent from MasonKnight.

Avoid this agent - especially their bills package - a chinese broker that rips off students by increasing payments extortionately without any contact details except an email that they pick and choose when and what to reply to! - avoid avoid avoid

Definitely a ZERO-star agent!!! Need to avoid this agent at all costs! They harassed the tenants and caused me so much troubles. Rude and unprofessional staff is a headache.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing help from these guys, stopped us getting ripped off from another lettings agent well known in the area. Provided everything we needed upon meeting them, everything explained and talked through before signing up. After signing up this agent was so helpful with us moving in. These people can't do enough to help you and I would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe had multiple issues with this agency ranging from lack of cooperation, to essential maintenance not being carried out, to the withholding of over £400 of our deposit. We eventually had to open up a litigation with the MyDeposit scheme, which we won - and 4 months later we were finally paid back the full amount.

GoogleHaven't. Blocked no number I rang the office of whatever it was and they put the phone done. Awful company rude people I wouldn't want the place cheaper because of the colour of radiators l,, I would never pay £600 month for something so small. Total rip off. Nothing else to say.

GoogleThe fact that they have a bunch of 5 star reviews, and a bunch of 1 star reviews with not much in between says it all. A lot of fake reviews. Always had a problem with this company. A lot of people always have.
