Me and my boyfriend are looking to move out and has been in contact with a few agents. Martin&Co have been the best by far, their staff are friendly and they usually get back in touch strait away. I’ve had 2 viewings with them so far and it’s been great. I spoke to a lady called Leah on the phone today and she was great, she sorted me out 3 viewings and sent over additional properties that she said fits my requirements; just that little touch goes a long way. Thank you for the experience in helping me and my boyfriend move out

After nearly losing the flat due to a mix up with my application form with another agent, Kirsty Howells took over my case and did everything in her power to make sure I was well informed, reassured and she was honest with me even when there were complications. Most importantly she treated me like a human being and not like just another reference number on a screen.The service provided helped dispel my poor opinion of lettings agents and I wholeheartedly recommend Martin & Co for your property needs.

They accept your application, make you pay holding fee, only for them to give flimsy excuse for failed reference. They do this a lot to hold on to your holding fee. A lot of people have fallen victim to this. Be warned

Hi Olajide, I understand your frustration that the tenancy wasn't able to proceed. We have an obligation to our landlords to reference check all tenants before they move into a property. We use a third party company for our referencing called Rightmove who are a large reputable company and this ensure that the referencing is transparent and unbiased. If a tenant fails the referencing, the landlord then makes the final decision on whether or not they are happy to proceed.

We appointed Martin & Co to sell our property in the Jewellery Quarter after a very difficult experience with another estate agent which resulted in a year of lost time. I can see now that we made a huge mistake in not choosing Martin & Co straight away. They sold our property subject to contract within a couple of weeks. After accepting the offer, Noah and Vicky have been massively helpful, responsive and proactive in getting the sale across the line to exchange. Would strongly recommend.
