This is based on how they are handling viewings during covid. They have multiple times scheduled my viewing at the same time as other people during the pandemic, causing unnecessary interaction of households, as well as having to wait around despite an appointment. Management should really be abiding by government guidelines and not endangering people.

During the Covid period we have been following the guidelines set out by the Government and always aim to reduce the amount of physical appointments. I believe on the viewing you had it may not have been made clear prior to booking that they would be scheduled appointments within a 45 minute period and this is perhaps why you had to wait around a short while. Hope that clarifies the situation.

Sales lady was being all nice when viewing, as soon as we sign changes attitude immediately. I've called to ask a question regarding the property, her response was "You should know that, we already told you before." What kind of attitude is that, not only did they not tell me beforehand, she also gave me the wrong information.
