GoogleNicola Keane was my point of contact when I recently used Martin & Co to let my flat out. Nicola is a dream to work with: professional, knowledgable and knows which tenant is suitable (ie she can suss out the bad ones from the good!). Most of all, she has a cracking sense of humour which makes her even more fabulous to work with. She managed to let my flat out in 2 days of it going up on the market!! I’d highly recommend using Nicola and the Martin & Co team if you’re thinking about letting your property out.
