From the initial email enquiry to meeting to view the property and all other stages the communication and service was excellent. I would particularly point out the professionalism of Rickie Clarke as a high point of working with John Shepherd in securing our property. His diligence and integrity was first class and I was very impressed with him and his experience. Having also needed to access the maintenance support provided by John Shepherd I can also say that their system is quick and the staff are very understanding and helpful, in particular Faye Nichols.

Not only was she incredibly well-informed about the property and the neighbourhood, she went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and attended to. My interaction with the team in Shirley was the purchase of my new home, from the first interaction I was impressed and it made such a smooth process during a difficult time before the stamp duty holiday.Jordon was our first point of contact when we viewed the property creating a relaxed atmosphere, he was able to answer questions that we raised (unlike some viewings that we had been to) and followed up after when needed.Sophie was managing the next step, I had not purchased a house in 20 years and Sophie walking me through the process and put me at ease during the negotiation stage, thankfully for us our offer was accepted. I want to thank Sophie for her patience and professionalism during this stage.Next was Shannon who provided me sound information about the process and where we may need help during the process of managing the solicitors.Amazing service and if I were ever to move again would certainly consider using John Shepherd.

I can’t express how much I would like to thank you all at John Shepard Collection especially Gurdev and Harry they have more than bent over backwards for my family and sale of our house. It wasn’t straight forward at the beginning as we had built the house ourselves and there was so much paper work that we needed to get for the sale to commence but with all there help and guidance we got there in the end with there advice and patients they done more than there job and for that I am very grateful I am now all sold and looking for our next adventure thanks again guys all at John shep ❤️❤️❤️

From the very start they kept us informed of how the sale was progressing. All queries and questions from the sellers were passed back to us promptly. Specifically Mia Cornwall was excellent in dealing with the whole sale from start to finish.

I just got my new flat through this agency and I cannot describe how impressed I’ve been about them professional service ! I don’t even know how to say Thank you to Brendan Pearce , because he was absolutely amazing and he was helping me a lot to get my dream flat ! Just wanted to say the staff at John Shepard have been great especially Ailish in the solihull office. She was alway quick to respond to emails, sorted out a viewing with the landlord before they’d even had a chance to market the property. This has lead to us being able to get to know the landlord and him us as tenants making the move easier as well. The only downside is the referencing service they use as it seems to be set up on a 50/50 basis so my husband had to pay half then I had to log in and pay half. This isn’t John Shepard’s faults just the was it’s set up.Rickie was also fantastic at getting back to us with any queries in Ailish’s absence.

GoogleThis agency has mislead us by using false advertisement and information through out the moving in process. To begin they told us the property is managed by the Landlord but later when we have signed the contract only have they managed to tell us it was managed by the agency. Horrible HORRIBLE agency, please avoid at all cost!!!!!! The issues we have had with them started first when we were dealing with Brendan who was our point of contact and without any acknowledgments he was longer representing us, rather it was Lily. Lily never confirmed why Brendan was no longer our point of contact and all the issues we have told him about the property fall on deaf ears. It was lost in the transition. We signed the contract thinking all of the issues have been identified and looked into. We called the office for regular updates to confirm everything..NO answer. Every time we call it's the same old excuses. "Lily is in a meeting... Lily is busy, Lily is on the phone" etc. Honestly, Please avoid. I will never be using this agency ever AGAIN. I will make sure I save people from these SCAMMERS!!! They also never take complaints serious.

Ellis who I saw today was very pleasant and well mannered. He helped me receive my parking pass this morning and although he was already dealing with another tenant he still made sure to greet me and ensured that he would deal with me next. Although it was a wait, granted he was busy, he was apologetic and very kind.
