If I could post ZERO stars I would. Absolutely abysmal service from start to finish. Zero customer service. It's hard to tell if their staff is strained to be unhelpful or just plain stupid, such is the degree of their incompetence. This business needs to be avoided. Sadly as with many in this industry, very little checks and accountability is possible so they keep on treating clients with contempt.

She manages the relationship with the landlord who’s flat I live in very well. And if I need a repair it is actioned very quickly. Thank You.

Tables turn when you are no longer a tenant. Holding onto the deposit for almost two weeks when only minor things were wrong with the garden nothing an hours work couldn’t fix. Super responsive when you’re helping them but when the shoes on the other foot they long you out

Very professional. They (lettings agency) told us that there was a deep coean for the apartment but when we moved we found it wasn’t cleaned properly. Also they have told us that lights were changed but when we moved, many lights weren’t changed but the landlord reimbursed us for the money we paid. They also said that they will send a receipt for the deep cleaning but until now we have received nothing.

GoogleQuentin Lee from John Shepherd had been very helpful since the first I contacted him, we were looking for a loft studio in Birmingham which is really popular there. Mr Lee never gives up, the properties are running out fast, after two weeks of hard work by Mr Lee we now have a sweet dream home. Excellent service from start to finish from Sam Lawrence at John Shepard. Involved in selling and purchasing our properties in our recent chain that we have just completed on. Although the chain was difficult due to Solicitor communication, Sam personally filled the gap and ensured everyone was kept informed and on track to deliver, even working our specific case during his Annual Leave. A credit to his profession and his company. A+++

GoogleThe worst office, their fraud is for real without exaggeration and they are exploitative in a hideous way, and by God, it is something unimaginable. They withdraw money from you for the most trivial person, they do not respond to emails to the point that I have to go to their office, they charge you with bills that are not yours but the owner's, so stay away from them. But in general, you have to photograph the apartment you are in on the first day from every angle and comment if it is not clean or if there is rust or mold and send it to them by email to confirm the date. Because the day comes when they try to take your insurance from you, this will be your evidence. Other than that, make sure that the insurance is with the (TDS) tenancy deposit scheme. These are third parties who hold the money, but this office takes advantage of the scholarship recipient’s lack of knowledge. What is useful in this information is that tomorrow, if they say that we will take from your insurance for trivial matters, you will go to TDS and file a complaint against them, and they will return your money to you, or at least 75% of it.
