GoogleI had a viewing at a flat in Birmingham, in which I have now let, and had lots of help from Chanel. Extremely friendly and helpful person, who I couldn't fault during this experience. Chanel gave me ideas of how to furnish the flat as it's a small space, and made me feel really reassured about the flat and the area. I felt really comfortable during the viewing, and overall I have had a really good experience letting with Haart and Chanel. Thank you so much :)

GoogleHaarts Harborne were efficient, friendly and effective! From the initial valuation meeting right through to completion they were brilliant. They advised us on asking price and we sold within 4 weeks. They kept us informed throughout and handled everything in a professional way. They may be slightly more expensive than their local competitors but they are worth it, as indeed they said they were!

Kay was more than helpful, explaining not only the house in detail but also been a very informative source about the area, schools etc., I would have loved for her to show me more properties in that area.
