No idea how they sell properties. Called to view a property in Eccleston. But refused to carry out a viewing unless we had our house on the market. Which we are in the process of doing. So if we viewed and wanted it. The house could have been up for sale and sold in 4 weeks for all they know. But to not even invite to view. Terrible service. No other Estate agent does this. As you never know we may be able to buy without selling ours... didnt allow a further discussion to find out...just a point blank dont do viewings unless you are on market. ...their loss.

I have interacted with numerous estate agents over the years, but none have quite matched the exceptional service provided by Green and Company, Great Barr, with a special mention to Nicola Hallibuton and Paul Fleet who showed us around the property. From the moment I contacted them, Nicola's and Paul’s professionalism and politeness stood out. After viewing a property through Green and Company, I decided to put in an offer. Throughout the process, Nicola was incredibly proactive, regularly keeping me informed and providing unwavering support for my interest in the property. Despite the offer not being accepted by the property owner, Nicola continued to go above and beyond to ensure I was kept updated every step of the way. Her genuine concern and apologies for the outcome demonstrated a level of customer care rarely seen in the industry. It's important to note that the outcome was not due to any fault on my part or the estate agency's. I commend Green and Company for their professionalism and dedication to their clients, particularly Nicola, who truly went the extra mile. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in search of an estate agent who prioritises customer satisfaction above all else.

GoogleNot sure if the great barr office has closed down or not. Advertising on its website as being open until 3pm today but office is closed and no answer on telephone. Saturday 14th Feb 1045am
No we are open today although the office isn’t physically being manned today. If you tried to call us I’m sorry the call wasn’t answered immediately.

GoogleEverything went very smooth except the vendor left the security alarm on and didnt bother to supply the security code. I was not Informed on this either by solicitor or the property dealer company.

The offices in CHESTER ROAD has a terrible service . Phoned them three times about a property and they wanted offer letter from mortgage company . Said they will send an email to reply with my offer letter but never sent it. Phoned back made pathetic excuses as they were busy I mean how long does it take to send an email ? My advice choose other estate agents if your selling your house as the staff are not their to help customers .

GoogleI have just sold a property through Green & Company, Great Barr B42 1TN, my agent was Nichola Halliburton. She showed exceptional market knowledge, very good communication skills and a lovely personal approach with good knowledge of the industry all done with genuine care & support & total professionalism with a lovely attitude and a ready smile. All in all a credit to Green & company. It’s certainly given me a different opinion on estate agents.

GoogleGreen & Company is my favourite Estate Agent in Birmingham for purchase of property. As an investor , I have purchased 2 properties from them out of the only 3 I have and out of numerous agents, I have contacted I Birmingham. Why? They value your customer and wants the best for you as well as the vendor. They literally chased things up for you, when the buying process appears to go slower. From my own experience, I recommend them as Estate Agents for investors.

GoogleRecently sold with greens great bar , from start to finish extremely helpful and also made the experience less stressful, Nicola & dee & Emma from the office gave us constant updates and sorted anything that needed sorting . And Paul who did the viewings was fantastic also . As a whole they are all a credit to the company . I would Highly recommend this branch if you are thinking of selling or buying a property.
