I have interacted with numerous estate agents over the years, but none have quite matched the exceptional service provided by Green and Company, Great Barr, with a special mention to Nicola Hallibuton Branch Manager and Paul Fleet who showed us around the property. From the moment I contacted them, Nicola's and Paul’s professionalism and politeness stood out. After viewing a property through Green and Company, I decided to put in an offer. Throughout the process, Nicola was incredibly proactive, regularly keeping me informed and providing unwavering support for my interest in the property. Despite the offer not being accepted by the property owner, Nicola continued to go above and beyond to ensure I was kept updated every step of the way. Her genuine concern and apologies for the outcome demonstrated a level of customer care rarely seen in the industry. It's important to note that the outcome was not due to any fault on my part or the estate agency's. It did take a considerable time for the lease extension to come through, but all was good in the end. The property sold at the price of the valuation. At times throughout the legal process there was no update or she may have been awaiting a response from the sellers solicitor. However, she always returned calls and emails even where was no further update or changes. Prior to choosing Green & Company, our property was on the market with x2 other well known local Estate Agents, for more than 6 months. Yes we had a number of viewings and some very cheeky offers, non that we could accept. I would say the offers were quite insulting. With little support from both agencies, buyers being sent to view without prior agreements and viewings agreed without checking our availability, to not getting a feed back. The process was very frustrated, we tired of sharing our discontent , however we felt very alone and unsupported. This experience lead to our decided to try to sell our home to private buyers which added some insults to injury. Our decision to sign up with Green and Company came about after a call from Clint, from the onset we felt at ease. He did our valuation and took photographs, so friendly caring and very professional. These views, experiences and professionalism was also evident in staff which includes Dee, Emma and Nicole. Our home was sold in less than five days . We cannot thank you enough. As a Team, through frequent communication, they ensured that we were happy with the sale. Dee worked with us, through a very stressful time, to ensure that we did not lose our dream home. I am currently in the process of purchasing my first home through Green & Company, and Dee Stratford, based in the Great Barr branch. The process has gone smoothly overall, but something arose which initially put me off continuing with the purchase. However, Dee took the time to explain that situations like this are quite normal and went into detail about the processes involved and why such things can occur in cases like mine. Although I initially contacted someone else with a query, Dee promptly called me back to assist, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
