Absolutely irresponsible agents who left the heating on, in my empty property when viewings were taking place. I obviously accumulated a overcharge in my bill. They have not taken any accountability and have left me out of pocket. Be careful when using Green in Great Barr. Unreliable, untrustworthy and irresponsible.

GoogleThey have caused me so much stress, there failure to sort an issue has made sure I will never use 2 agents again, you shouldn't have to take your estate agent to court but this is where its heading

GoogleFrom the very start of the process of selling my property,I was kept informed of every stage that had taken place. I felt that Green and Co were really invested in getting my property on the market as quickly as possible and once a buyer had been found,it was just a matter of leaving Green and Co to take care of everything for me. It turned out to be a very simple process and the completion of the sale took about six weeks from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Green and Co to anyone who is thinking in selling a house.

GoogleI cannot recommend Green & Co enough !!! This is the 2nd time we have used them and yet again they were amazing !!! I often asked Green & Co to chase the buyer etc as they were far more efficient than the solicitors !! Nothing was ever to much trouble - I would have no hesitation in using them again !!!!

My Experience with Green & Co (Great Barr) has been a very bad one. I viewed a property which i liked very much and had put an offer in right after the viewing, I was told that I was the highest bidder however the vendor wishes for the viewings to go on however I would be kept updated as I was very keen on the property. The agent was very polite at the start (because we were the highest bidders) I was promised a phone call on Saturday and Monday for an update however I did not receive a call. I called them to speak to the agent however she was 'busy'. I then emailed her to which she still has not responded (its been 4 weeks) I decided to call them back and speak to another agent who had told me that the property had been sold. They are very sales orientated and just want to earn their commissions, they do not care about their customers. I think its absolutely disguising how they the service can turn from 'i can get a good commission from you so i'm going to provide you excellent service' to 'you're no good to me now so I just wont bother communicating with you'

GoogleAbsolutely DISGUSTING service! I viewed an apartment which i fell in love with straight away and was ready to put the deposit down on the same day only to be informed I will have to wait until Monday as the person that takes the payment is not in. I was advised that they have noted that i will be prioritised as I am the first one that showed interest. I waited until Monday, only to be informed they have accepted someone else as this person had higher income!!! SERIOUSLY?? not only had they not undertaken any checks to confirm how much myself and my husband earn but they lead me to believe I will be getting this property. I will not be recommending this agency to anyone! They know how to waste their customers time for sure! 1 star for showing me the property!
