GoogleA terrible estate agent! They charge you 10% of monthly rent +VAT as their managment fee but you receive the worst customer service in the world, very rude staff. Please AVOID if you are a Chinese landlord. Do not instuct them to fully manage your property! You will REGRET! Definatly a nightmere!NegativeQuality, Professionalism
