GoogleI have lived in an Empire property for over a year and still would like to move into another anyway they are.

GoogleCancelled our AirBNB booking less than 2 hours before we were due to arrive, no reasoning provided and not contacted to advise. Awful company.

TrustpilotAbsolutely terrible.
Absolutely terrible service, they don't call back or reply to emails. The staff are rude and very unprofessional. Save yourself a lot of trouble and use another company. The room is massively overpriced, small and very dirty. Would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. They don't even deserve the one star I've had to give them.

Afternoon Maria, thanks for the google review. We have checked out internal records, your viewing was booked in for Friday at 3:20 PM the company viewer called yourself at 2:50 PM to confirm that the property has been secured and this was 50 minutes prior to your viewing. The company viewer was able to speak to yourself and your partner on the phone directly to explain this in full and it was based on a first come first serve basis.

GoogleTia (and Topi) has been amazing! From the offset she new exactly what I was looking for. Clean, modern, professional, location and price etc all perfect. The vetting was seamless and the communication was amazing. Couldn't recommend enough!

GoogleRuns illegal housing multiple occupancy without appropriate licences. Refuses to give properties back. Do not go near him. Rents 2 rooms on the top floor of a fancy adress to look posh. Dont fall for it. Unprofessional etc etc to say the least.

GoogleMet me quick, got me in a property quick! Would recommend to anyone, what more can you ask for? No hidden fees, lay it all on the table, fairly. It's affordable, don't compare Empire to any other letting agency, try them for yourself, give them a chance! You won't regret it.

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A DISGRACE. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNRELIABLE. A 4 HOUR WAIT TO SIGN PAPERWORK AND COLLECT KEYS! THE ROOM IS DIRTY, SMALL AND OVER PRICED. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND USE A MORE RELIABLE, HONEST COMPANY.

GoogleAmrits service was cohesive and second to none- I got all my queries answered and got my place even though they were short staffed- very efficient and professional service would highly recommend.
