Drakes Estate Agents reviews

Louise and Emma have been brilliant throughout the sale of our property. They are clearly very professional and experienced, but have still maintained a friendly and good humoured manner. In addition they have kept us fully updated at every stage and responded quickly to any issues that have needed attention. I would have no hesitation in using Drakes again if we move again, and would recommend them to anyone thinking of moving.

We decided to our house with Drakes, after not being happy with our previous agents. So glad, we definately made the right decision! They were amazing from the start, professional, caring, efficient, helpful and always going above and beyond. Would definately 💯% recommend using Drakes. We could not fault any aspect of the service! Thank you!

Really good service from start to finish. My property was marketed very well, including drone footage to show off the garden. It sold at the figure I was looking for within about 10 days. Communication was excellent. Drakes were on the ball, well informed and supportive throughout.

We’ve just purchased our first house through Drakes Estate Agents. 100% recommend. The team are nothing but professional, supportive and friendly - exactly what you need for a stressful process to make it stress free! A massive thanks especially to Emma who was on hand to help at every step, much appreciated.

I cannot praise Louise and Emma highly enough for their professionalism and thoughtfulness in helping and guiding my 90 year old mother through her move, they went above and beyond as at certain times she needed extra help and support. On top of all that they kept me updated at all times as I lived 200 miles away. Cannot thank you both enough. Kind regards Lindsay.

Although I felt a little nervous at first (who wouldn’t with such a big purchase?), the team at Drakes made the process smooth and straightforward. … More

I highly recommend Drakes. Emma & Louise plus their friendly and professional staff sold my property during challenging market conditions. They provided great customer service and regular updates throughout the process. You can clearly see they care, it’s not just a job working for one of the Estate Agent chains.

Sold an apartment in Dickens Heath via Drakes. They did a great job keeping me updated and also in keeping the buyers (and my) solicitor up dated on track to get the sale through.

I chose Drakes despite not being the nearest agent to my property. The fees were very reasonable, the communication and professionalism was very impressive. Throughout my sale they were supportive and attentive and I would happily recommend and use again.

Excellent Estate Agents. Have a family feel to them which showed they really care, not like what you would expect from the corporate businesses. Good communication and friendly staff - Louise and Emma have been very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Very sad sale of my late mum's house. Everyone has been very kind all allowed me the time and space needed to get this completed and to empty the property. Would not hesitate to recommend.
