Couldn’t recommend the team at Drakes enough. From start to finish we were kept informed and had support every step of the way with our sale and purchase. Things were not straight forward with our buyers but Emma used all her experience to keep things on track and pressing for progress. Thank you ladies. It is without doubt that things went to plan due to your diligence and professionalism. Thank you

Extremely grateful to everyone at Drakes for the service they provided in helping me purchase my new home. All questions were answered promptly and I was regularly updated by Emma which I really appreciated. From the viewing with Anne to collecting the keys from April and Laura, I always felt that I was in safe hands! Thanks everyone!

What an amazing, professional group of ladies, cannot recommend Emma & Louise enough, we wouldn’t be where we are today without their experience, knowledge and willingness to support us through everyday challenges. Selling a home is very stressful but they were there to support us to the very end. Congratulations to you both, we hope the next year is as successful as your first 12 months. Thank you.👏😁

I cannot thank Emma and Louise enough for the help and support they gave me in selling my home. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quickly sold my house. Once accepting the offer Emma kept me updated at least weekly on how the sale was progressing, so I never felt as though I had been left wondering what was happening. Would definitely recommend Drakes Estate Agents, Emma and Louise.

I've found Drakes great to deal with as a buyer as they do stay on top of everything. Emails are answered promptly, and all parties are kept moving throughout the process. Communication is clear, and Emma has kept me well-informed at every stage up to exchange. Professional, organised and genuinely reassuring throughout the purchase.

We have had such a good experience with Drakes estate agents when purchasing our new home. Emma went above and beyond to assist us, she was incredibly responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. Moving homes can be a stressful time but the whole process was made so much easier with drakes. 100% recommend them for anyone looking to buy or sell.

I don’t usually do reviews but I just wanted to share how knowledgeable and helpful Drakes Estate Agents have been. Emma has been so patient (with my hundreds of questions) and has gone above and beyond to support my ‘house journey’ - nothing to much trouble. I would not hesitate to use Drakes Estates again in the future and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Drakes were brilliant all the way through a long and messy house sale, which fell through once. They kept us informed all the way along, liaised intelligently at critical moments, and were really approachable, and full of great advice. Honestly, it's impossible to have better estate agents, who will work 100 percent on your side.

I’ve used Emma for buying and selling houses for the last 14 years. I have dealt with so many estate agents and there’s only a couple that I can honestly say that have been brilliant. Emma is one of those. She knows her stuff, never not replied the same day, so helpful and always with a smile. Will definitely be using and recommending Drakes.

Absolute 5 Star service from the Team at Drakes. I have bought and sold via them and for both services I couldnt have asked for me. Louise headed up the valuation and sales of my property and we were very comfortable leaving our home of 14 years in her hands, her pictures were great and the marketing of our property was quick and easy. We sold on our first set of viewings! We kept in touch with the team whilst looking for a new home and found our new property also on sale by Drakes, witnessing it from the other end I found the viewing was well managed and the subsequent offer process was clear and effective. Emma heads up the in house side of things and I found her to be responsive, understanding and her tenacity to stay calm and keep things moving along is amazing. We all know the house buying/selling process can be challenging to say the least but with Drakes on your team I would say you are best placed in the market for succes. I am delighted to say we have now exchanged and will be moving into our new home very soon. Thanks again Team Drakes! You are all awesome x
