GoogleHave had my property let by Dixons. Considering the distance I think they were perfect ππ» when it comes down to communication, updates and paperwork. All great and flexible terms to make things easier for me Amber, agent that was dealing with all that, was great, kept me informed about the progress all the way. Many thanks to the whole team x

Gone down hill have been a landlord with them since 2015they put tenants in that did not pay rent the last two months'It was empty for 6 months due to legal things the said it was out of there handsrent and legal did not want to pay now I have a tenant they moved in for eight months after that I am going elsewhere I have lost all confidence with them please do not use them

I was asked to provide proof of fund before even being able to view a property to buy. When I said I am not happy to do this before viewing the property as I am not sure if I want to place an offer on it yet, my viewing was cancelled. This is such a violation of privacy and lack of professionalism....

Please beware this agent does not always manage properties on behalf of the landlord. Dixons (Halesowen) collected fees from us for not reason or service provided to us and then left us on our own to deal with a rogue landlord who often ignored his part of maintaining the house in good time. It had been a nightmare tenancy through Dixons Letting Agents Halesowen.

Absolutely unprofessional, can barely get a hold of them over the phone, don't respond to email enquiries. After finally managing to get through to them and book a viewing they rescheduled twice then told me the night before the viewing was cancelled because someone had made an offer. I was one of the first to book a viewing of the property so what could of happened in between?

My recent experience has persuaded me to advise families, friends and acquaintances to rent from Dixons. I also prefer to engage Dixons when purchasing future homes.

Terrible Service. As a landlord I paid for full management but all they did was rent collect & they didnβt do that well, leaving me in arrears. High staff turnover. Poor service level. Contractors they use botch repairs. They price the rent low to get tenants & their fee. Iβd question whether the even meet the tenants. AVOID.

Don't answer the phone, dont get back to you when i was obviously interested in a property,ignores messages left for a return call, then sells without even contacting me to see if I wanted to put an offer in, feel sorry for the sellers might have got a better offer, I wouldn't use them to sell my house

Ripped me off! They took my deposit and then refused to give me it back when we didn't get the property - said I provided misleading information when that was absolute rubbish! Bunch of thieves - don't go near them

Poor service.once sale is completed staff become very unhelpful and rude.they also dishonest in their approach.ask me to pay deposit several months before the sale .many to get my deposit only after complaining.overall I had a very bad experience .they knew we were first time buyer at the time.
