Have been discussing our now property with Matt and Libby since February. They worked really hard to liase between myself and the seller and always kept both parties up to date.The knowledge Matt has is excellent and reassuring which made for an easier ride. They answered phones and emails in a timely manner and always made sure we where doing the right thing- definitely had our best interests at heart.Couldn't thank them enough for the honesty, hard work and overall kindness.The buying a home package was a lovely gesture too.

Have nothing but praise for the Kingsheath branch of Dixons & the girls there. Amelia & Emily have been absolutely amazing. Returned everyone of my calls,gave their immediate attention to all of my queries concerning the house sale & chased up replies from solicitors. Couldn't thank these girls enough (not forgetting Shanneen too). 1st class customer service from all 3 ladies. Thank u guys. I'd certainly recommend u to anyone buying or selling. Having dealt with many lettings agencies I found them to be a breathe of fresh air. GoogleEstate agents are usually viewed with very low respect. Dale Williams at Dixons Selly Oak has almost single handedly completely changed my perceptions on this point. He was very professional, constantly in touch keeping me up to date with progress, and gave excellent advice that resulted in a more profitable sale after a long complex process. I cannot recommend him high enough and I will not consider using anyone else.

I am totally disappointed with dixons service i spose to move in property on 1st of april and they start the contract on 17 of april when i moved in the property there was leaking water from walls and they fix that in a week time and i have to call them everyday to please solve this problem there is no water in the property After that when i check the boiler there is no hot water I report that last monday 29th of april still waiting nothing happen I have 3 kids my kids got flu cough and my youngest one is 10 months old he is not feeling well I call them everyday and tell them please i have kids and their reply is waiting for the answer of landlord I am totally disappointed with this service I will never take any property from dixons and will never recommend to any one Totally disappointed with dixons and landlord behavior Before i moved to the property i asked the agent is there any other problems in the property and she said everything is working fine No customer service no response immediately waste of time
