After viewing the property the commitments were made but never fulfilled even after a month ,poor communication ,Without even looking at the inventory list house being handed over to Tenant (which showing multiple damages, not professionally cleaned kitchen and toilets) ,Ignorant and not professional at all.

Had a viewing booked today, got there 10 minutes early and stood outside for 20 minutes waiting and no one showed up! Called and emailed but no answer or explanation. Disgusting service, wasted time and petrol money too.

Not good at all, poor customer service from branch manager who I feel needs some refresher training.Tried pressuring us into accepting a reduced offer, didn’t pass on offers!Overall a very poor experience, go elsewhere.
