As a property developer i deal with literally hundreds of estate agents and Dixons in Selly Oak are by far one the best. I have purchased 3 houses through them now and have had nothing but quality service from them. In particular Charlotte has been great, always well informed, knowledgeable and bubbly. Her and Chris' market, property and geographical knowledge has been second to none. And a special thanks to Jan also for keeping me fully updated and informed during all 3 conveyance processes. I would happily recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area looking to both buy or sell. We started our house search and went into dixons in Selly oak, and spoke to the lovely Caitlin and Tayla. They was such a massive help as we had no idea where to start or what to do. They went above and beyond for us and listened to exactly what we wanted. The whole process was stress free and nice and quick!
