Extremely professional service. At the initial meeting for the valuation, everything was explained clearly and gave me a lot of confidence in regards to what they said is what they would deliver. The professional pictures taken were great quality. The most pleasing thing for me was I had viewings as soon as I had the initial visit (before it was even listed) and had an offer within a couple of days. 100% recommended. After dealing with a few agents as a first time buyer with my fiancé (some ok some not) this place gave a totally different experience. We dealt with Chris directly who again gets top marks for going above and beyond to make sure everything is in place and that we had all the info needed. They also have Matt (a mortgage advisor who works for Countrywide) who really puts things in black and white and doesn't hold back on any knowledge he has. Even just popping into the office for the necessaries is pleasant, very happy and surprisingly welcoming with the best cuppa on the highstreet. I would recommend this place to anybody. :)

Just like to say a Big Big Thankyou to Matthew Patterson! Buying are first house we didn't no what to do etc and with covid restrictions it was mostly contact through emails and phone calls so that in it self was difficult at times. We went into dixsons estate agents after haveing a bad time with others . We were made very welcome and received all the help we needed from what i can only call the A team . Consisting of Matthew the money man with all the answers ,dale the young man with lots of charm and knowledge, then came Lydia she is the no nonsense operator of the A TEAM. They all had lots of time for us and took all the stress of buying a house off are shoulders. I would recommend this team of people to anyone thinking of buying or selling a house.

Excellent service from Dan and Dale. The property had been on the market for 2+ months with an online agent. Within a fortnight of Dixons taking over a buyer has been found. Nothing is too much trouble for the team, they even went out and got keys cut so I could keep mine. Both gents were very polite and kind in every dealing I had with them. Made me feel much better about spending the money on a shop-based agent. Wish I'd done it in the first place. Thanks
