GoogleMatthew Patterson our mortgage advisor provided an exceptional service and went above and beyond his job description to help us when buying our first home. Not only did he make the mortgage side of things easy and straightforward, he also helped in the conveyancing process. Whilst everything was dragging out with the law firm and everything was at a standstill and we lost all hope, Matt came to our aid to ensure the progression of the sale. He gave us advice and helped chase for us when things weren't progressing. He provided an excellent service during these challenging times where I imagine he is inundated with queries due to the COVID-19 implications and we are extremely grateful for his help. GoogleProbably the best experience I’ve ever had with real estate agents with absolute class. Starting from the marketing team, Paul , an absolute gentleman I might add, gave his time to show us around multiple properties that fitted our description and didn’t give up until he found the right one for us and in addition helped us finding the right mortgage broker and lawyers without any hassle as well as another agent, Lydia , who managed to communicate with the sellers of the property and as a result chased up the property so matters could be exchanged swiftly Again, what a brilliant team this guys were ,would definitely recommend to any one knew in the estate business !!!

GoogleFrom valuation taking place to completion the whole process has been very professional. Paul valued property and got the ball rolling. Very likeable and realistic in terms of what we could expect in terms of timescales to sell and complete .(he actually stated he would expect it to be gone within 3 weeks. He sold it 4 days later.) Once sold Lydia dealt with the progression of the sale. Regular updates and went the extra mile chasing up both solicitors involved in the chain to prevent delays. Again she only dealt in facts and no false promises a true professional. Would recommend to anybody. Thanks guys.
