GoogleRubbish service never get back to you simply past the book.and we have permit parking on our estate with one permit for a four bed house plus the service charge seems to up every year and they do less every year.if you are ever unfortunate enough to be waiting for miss G SUMMERS to ring back you will have to wait months

GoogleThe 5 star reviews on here are 100% fake. Centrick Birmingham / Chris Hart are so bad at their jobs it hurts. Lifts have been broken in our flat for months now, emails and phone calls are all ignored. Clearly they rely on customers getting so sick of their 'service' they just give up. Advice: don't move into a property managed by these clowns.

GoogleHave been renting a flat for a few months now, any issues reported are never resolved within a reasonable timeframe and take constant phone calls and emails for them to do anything, have had bad experience with contractors not turning up and leaving us without hot water for 3 weeks, can’t even get a meter reading after 5 weeks of trying...
