My experience so far has been shocking. For the service charge fee, they fail to even do the basics to keep the communal areas clean and safe. You have to chase repeatedly on the portal to even get a response, let alone getting basic cleaning and maintenance work actioned!

I own a leasehold property that is managed by centrick. Quite a few people on our easte would love to get out of paying them. They just ask for more and more money. Never respond to email, never answer the phone. I don't even know what we actually pay them for. All that gets done is grass cutting. They do not do maintenance on the communal areas. Have been asking for years for some things to be fix and well you get no where. If I knew how bad they were I wouldn't have brought a leasehold property

I'm receiving threatening letters about outstanding bills that belong to the previous tenant, and now these letters are addressed to myself by name? How did they get my name? I've already registered with anothet company and provided the meter readinga from day one, I'm not paying for the previous tenant, why did centrick give them my name without my consent? I'm not paying someone else's debt. Please answer your phone so I can get an explanation for this.

Centrick almost cost me my house move due to the way they operate. Not only that but they took £420 from me for a management pack that they told me I needed. A week later they told me I couldn't have one and would refund the money. But even though they were entirely in the wrong asking me to pay £420 in the first place, then they tell me it'll be 6 weeks for my refund to be processed. 6 weeks goes by and then they tell me there's delays in processing refunds. All in all Centrick had £420 of mine sat in their bank account gaining interest for almost 12 weeks. I could have used that cash to help with the house move or to turn the heating on. Thanks Centrick.

This is absolutely horrible building management company. Every time something breaks it takes them ages to acknowledge it and do something about it. Communication with them is is so poor, they ignore your issues and complaints. My intercom has been broken for over a three months and still no response on when this will be resolved despite me and the landlord chasing centric every week for an update. Avoid and go with different company!
