GoogleI have been letting my property through burchell edwards for the last few years. This year with new tenants coming in we were helped by agent Thomas Hale, he was always available to answer any questions and provided an amazing service which was efficient and professional. Really appreciated all the help we received with everything.

GoogleTerrible letting agent nothing has changed since kenny bruce and his brother ran this bunch of unprofessional cowboys of Yardley! Was looking to rent from them a property i had seen on rightmoves, I called about fees, agent picked up the call stumbled through trying to explain why they charge £300 for a tenancy contract , total joke as made little sense and could not justify fees. *which in 2019 by law will be cancelled as they have been proven to be extortionate! Non the less we gave them benefit of the doubt and proceeded with the viewing, They only cancelled the viewing 1 minute before the viewing via text!! . We had our young baby with us. would never buy anything from them , nor rent and would actively discourage family and friends to do the same. ! 3 days later they put the property up again for rent with the price now reduced! Reading through these reviews, a common theme is Lies, Dishonest, Terrible communication!

GoogleReally disappointed with the service B&E offers to potential buyers. Both me and my husband called them on two separate occasions to arrange house viewing only to be told that we have to come in to their office first to see if they can arrange a better mortgage deal for us. On both occasions we told them we already made our decision with which lender we wanted to go with. They took our details and said they will be in touch. We never heard back from them. Blatantly obvious all they care about is getting bigger commission for themselves for selling their own mortgage deals and won’t let you view unless you are prepared to go with it.

GoogleI must say from start to finish the burchell edwards team were fantastic. Not only did they value my house higher then the other agents they also achieved over that price. The viewings ran smoothly and their communication was brilliant throughout the process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at selling their hiusePositiveQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleBEWARE!! They force you to use their in-house mortgage brokers. When presented a mortgage in principle the broker didn't accept that and asked me to get a decision and principle. They are totally incompetent. So walk away and don't waste time!!

GoogleThomas and Olivia arranged a block booking as soon as the flat was ready to view and we had two offers immediately and found a tenant who was able to move in within 3 days. Very happy with how they handled the process so quickly.

GoogleThey booked my appointment for viewing and I went there and no one turn up. No one was there in my allocated appointment time. Even, I tried to contact them by both phone calls and email but no one get back to me. This is so unprofessional. I'm really disappointed with their service 😞 …

GoogleBE CAREFUL of Burchell Edwards estate agents on Coventry Road. No professionalism reflected in their customer service. they just mislead buyers and once everything mortgage etc is in place they demand higher price then offer accepted in first place. they should be reported to trading standards for there wrong doings and misleading vendors and potential buyers. So be careful unless you have time band money to waste dealing with them.

GoogleI’d be very careful using these guys. They try to bully you into getting a mortgage through them otherwise you won’t get a viewing or call back. (To name and shame it’s a guy called Stephan). The mortgage advisor (Graham) was sound and understanding. Don’t let these guys rip you off

GoogleIt's a great experience from the start till the moment we got the keys. Shahzad's response to emails was almost immediate, so helpful. The properties are the type you'd want to take up from first sight.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
